Energy and Mineral Impact Assistance Program (Colo.)

This biennial report evaluates the effectiveness of the allocation and distribution of moneys from the Severance Tax Local Impact Fund to counties and municipalities impacted by mineral and mineral fuel development. The report also evaluates the direct distribution of federal mineral lease (FML) moneys from the Local Government Impact Fund.
